Hotel Design – Le Richemond
Under the ownership of Rocco Forte Hotels the hotel design for this classic grand hotel with a rich history was carefully and respectfully re-configured, refurbished and luxuriously re-appointed to suite today’s customer expectations of a 5 star luxury hotel.
The location next to the Lac Léman of Geneva and distant views of the glacial ice of Mont Blanc inspired the bold use of blue in lacquers and glass in the guest rooms. Only the finest materials were sourced and installed such as Arrabescato Marble from Carrera Italy, limed dark timbers, gold mosaics and lacquer paneling as well as signature John Stefanidis Fabrics and Case goods. The result is a unique environment of luxury at the shores of the lake with unrivaled views.
The public areas include a spa with treatment rooms, exotically furnished in black mosaics and natural teak to relax in an otherworldly atmosphere.
Modern meeting rooms and conferencing sites are juxtaposed by the classic beauty of the salle de bal to suite any occasion.
